After the payment transaction has been completed and the amount has been transferred to our payment partner, your order will be carefully packed. Then our courier service BPost / DPD will ensure the safe delivery of your order. Your package will be delivered on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
After placing your order you will receive a tracking code. With that code you can easily follow the status of your package. You can also check the status of your order via the BPost / DPD website. You can use the reference or barcode that you have received.
Not sure if you are at home? No problem, BPost leaves a message in your mailbox so you can pick up your order at a pick-up point. After the first delivery attempt DPD delivers your package at the nearest Pickup parcel shop.
